📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of data centers, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance.
• Manage and optimize energy consumption to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
• Develop and implement operational best practices to improve reliability and availability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and services.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operations, with a focus on facility management.
• Certifications in data center operations, such as Uptime Institute Tier III or IV, are a plus.
• Proven experience in managing energy-efficient data centers and implementing sustainability initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, and security measures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using data center management software, such as IBM TADDM, CA Service Management, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ASHRAE, NFPA, and ISO.
