In this pivotal role, you will ensure the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, overseeing everything from HVAC systems to electrical and plumbing services. As a Building Engineer at TDC Group, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are in top condition and that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You'll work closely with our maintenance teams to address any issues that arise, and you'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining our maintenance schedules. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building systems
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address and resolve facility issues
- Implement and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure guest satisfaction
- Liaise with contractors and vendors for repairs and upgrades
- Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance staff
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance and operations
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple locations
