📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Process and verify invoices, maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks or similar software.
• Follow up with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment terms.
• Prepare and analyze reports on accounts receivable, providing insights to management.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Stay updated with accounting regulations and best practices.
• Handle cash and bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.
• Certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
