📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping and receiving.
  • Ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and that all shipments are processed and delivered on time.
  • Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.
  • Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and cycle times.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and purchasing, to ensure that warehouse operations are aligned with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
