📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse equipment and maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance.,Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to improve performance and safety standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing inventory and warehouse operations.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
