Ivoclar Vivadent is seeking a Strategic Indirect Buyer with Mandarin language proficiency to join our Global Procurement & Supply Chain team in Badung, Bali. This role is crucial in supporting our global operations with strategic procurement and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent Mandarin language skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to support global operations.,Manage supplier relationships and negotiations to secure the best possible terms and conditions.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies and regulations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and cost savings.,Leverage Mandarin language skills to communicate and negotiate with suppliers in China.,Conduct regular supplier audits and performance reviews to ensure quality and reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.,Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Proven track record in strategic procurement and supplier relationship management.,Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Experience with procurement software and ERP systems is a plus.,Knowledge of global trade regulations and customs is a plus.
