📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental and organizational needs.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various positions.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to attract top talent.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our recruitment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and industry events.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with the local job market in Bojonegoro, Jawa Timur, is a plus.
