As a Senior Kitchen Crew, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation in our kitchen. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.,Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and served on time.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff.,Handle food waste and disposal in an environmentally friendly manner.,Participate in kitchen meetings and follow health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to work in a team and under pressure.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to follow health and safety guidelines.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
