📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Maintain and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Manage inventory and ensure cost-effective operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
