CV Boga Cempaka is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. We are a well-established restaurant in Karawang, Jawa Barat, known for our delicious Indonesian cuisine and excellent customer service. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet high-quality standards and are presented in an appealing manner.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and ensure they understand the restaurant's vision and values.,Monitor and control costs to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards and delivered to customers in a timely manner.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.
