📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.,Monitor patients' conditions and respond to any changes.,Administrate medications and treatments as prescribed.,Document patient care activities accurately and completely.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.,Promote a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in staff meetings and other team activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Active nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with hospital information systems and electronic health records.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
