📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Install, configure, and maintain our hospital information system (HIS) using Epic Systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HIS-related issues.
- Optimize system performance and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and implement new features and upgrades to our HIS.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to understand their needs and implement solutions that improve patient care.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Train and mentor staff on the use of the HIS.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in healthcare IT.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HIS implementation and support.
- Certification in Epic Systems or similar HIS platforms is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using SQL and other database management tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
