📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop relationships with tenant partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction within the mall.
  • Curate and promote tenant offerings to attract and retain customers.
  • Oversee the implementation of tenant marketing and promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular tenant visits and meetings to monitor performance and address any issues.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to align tenant strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for tenant growth and development.
  • Develop and implement tenant training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on tenant performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and market share.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, tenant relations, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing tenant relationships and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
