As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Ensure high-quality food and beverage service to guests and crew.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.,Develop and implement menus that reflect the cultural diversity of Indonesia.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and procurement of food and beverage supplies.,Ensure cost-effective food service operations while maintaining quality.,Collaborate with the hotel management to plan and execute special events and catering services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and international culinary techniques.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local food safety and hygiene regulations.,Experience in managing catering services and special events is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
