Max Web Cemerlang is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, fleet management systems, and excellent organizational skills. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicle fleet.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure vehicles are available when needed.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, and implement strategies to improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing transportation activities.,Collaborate with vendors and service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Conduct regular audits of the fleet to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
