📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the company's financial records and transactions.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with accounting and other departments to ensure accurate financial data.,Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities.,Provide financial advice and support to department heads.,Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees.,Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Proficiency in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
