📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee tax preparation and filing, ensuring adherence to local and national tax laws.
• Work with the accounting team to implement and maintain financial systems, including SAP and QuickBooks.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring liquidity and financial stability.
• Lead the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including SAP and QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and tax laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
