📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on property equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair.

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with Maximo and SAP maintenance management systems.
• Valid certification in relevant maintenance areas (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent).
