In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth business processes, and contributing to the overall growth of our cafe. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations of the cafe, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement to ensure adequate supplies.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality and timely delivery of products.,Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the cafe.,Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills.,Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and prepare reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Passionate about coffee and the food and beverage industry.
