📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the payroll process, including employee compensation, taxes, and benefits.,Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Provide guidance and support to the accounting team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and tax regulations.
