📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for suitable candidates.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track the recruitment process for all positions.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and collaborate with team members across different time zones.
