🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian job market is a plus.
