Crystal Den Indonesia is looking for a Lead Finance Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and administration, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial records and transactions.,Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements.,Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial data.,Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Monitor bank accounts and ensure proper reconciliation.,Handle vendor invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or administration role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using financial software and accounting systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
