Salon Gilang Coffee is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to drive business decisions. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and operations teams to provide insights that enhance our customer experience and business performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and delivering high-quality work.,Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.,Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and code to automate data processing and analysis.,Create and present data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.,Ensure data quality and accuracy by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends.,Mentor and train team members on data analysis best practices and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R.,Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data.,Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of data analysts.,Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar is a plus.,Certifications in data analysis or related fields are a plus.
