📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's revenue.,Monitor client needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.,Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess performance and address concerns.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination.,Provide regular reports on client performance and sales progress to senior management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance client satisfaction.,Participate in company events and promotions to strengthen client relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client base.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
