📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance customer service and sales skills.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory turnover.,Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and events.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in online activities, such as managing the store's e-commerce platform and social media presence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management, sales forecasting, and customer relationship management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for store visits and deliveries.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media marketing is a bonus.
