📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist senior engineers in the design and development of engineering projects.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure that construction activities comply with engineering standards and regulations.
• Manage project schedules and resources using Primavera P6.
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff.
• Ensure that all engineering work is documented and archived for future reference.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as required for project site visits.
