📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks,Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed,Train and develop junior staff to maintain high production standards,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock control,Report to the Production Supervisor on production progress and any issues,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Production Management),Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with inventory management and stock control,Knowledge of health and safety regulations,Fluency in Indonesian and English
