As a Customer Service Specialist at New Connected Indonesia, you will handle incoming calls, emails, and chats, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate responses.
Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide information and support to customers.
Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
