Leo Pump Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Office Manager to oversee the operations of our domestic pump branch in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our branch and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.,Manage and develop the sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing training and support.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Coordinate with the head office to ensure seamless communication and alignment with company goals.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or management role, preferably in the pump industry.,Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and managing teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.
