Urban Fresh Sejahtera is looking for an Assistant Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Production Supervisor in managing and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for quality and continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that production targets are met.,Conduct regular inspections of production processes to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.,Train and mentor junior staff on production processes and quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflows.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product quality and consistency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production goals.
